Both located in the Sierra Madre Mountain Ranges, Mount Masungi have colossal rock formations comparable to the cliff formations in Palawan.
The site covers hundred of hectares with numerous rock formations, caves and springs.
This place is best suited for nature adventure and mountain climbing.
Within Tanay is the site of RCD City, a 100 hectares of Self-Contained Community. The projects are RCD Homes East (house and lot) and RCD East Grove (lot only).
