One Archers Place is a pre-selling De La Salle University condominium, right beside the Andrew Gonzales Hall along Taft Avenue. It is developed by Eton Properties Philippines of Lucio Tan, a relatively new player in the Philippine Market but already a very experienced one in Hong Kong with several projects there since 1986.
